What determines a Kerbin's uniform?
I've noticed that both in the mini-window in staging mode and in the
Astronaught Center so Kerbin were a different uniform. Sometimes blue,
sometimes white and sometimes yellow.
Are these special Kerbins? What determines the uniform?
